Indeed, a buff in speed might be welcome. Not sure about HP though... but i wouldn't mind that... Stacking less armor makes room for other modules...

But still... i think dust also should atract the casual gamer, heck, even ccp states it somewhere that dust can be enjoyed by them... and for casual gamers a console is imo far better then a pc, and i can't fit a 42" screen on my desk...
