In an attempt to weaken brick scouts here is my idea. Add profile damping negatives to armor plates. 5 to 15% per a lvl would lessen the amount of brick tanked scouts because they are no longer hidden from everyone but caldari scouts.

I personally run scouts. So when I can still 1 on 1 some heavies with ease... yea I say they are just fine. Assaults for the first time in awhile might need a tiny bit of love but leave the heavies. I like the challenge and the fear O.o
