The only thing that needs changed with the cloak is the switching time. Before you start, THERE SHOULD BE A DELAY BETWEEN BEING CLOAKED AND ATTACKING, but the band-aid fix of increasing the swap time makes accidentally pulling out the cloak a pain.

All dropships are fine as is, LAVs only really need a +1 to their racial tank slot and the PG/CPU to go with it. I personally think BPO LAVs should have all their slots removed (but keep the turret).
