Been killed by it more, post-1.2 than I have in 1.1. Also, I've seen more protosuits than I ever have before. All of them engaging in pubstomping, usually with the Core Flaylock and a Duvolle AR.

If there were racial heavies with their Commando specializations, then yes, I probably would. But as it stands, I will not waste SP on an Amarr suit. There are better uses for that SP, like the Mass Driver, or the Plasma Cannon.

I may be wrong, but I believe that in previous builds, you would earn WP from damaging a vehicle. For instance, you spawn in a forge gun fit, and eventually, shoot and hit a Madrugar. That one forge gun hit would instantly net you WP (say, 25/50 ...

I occasionally bring out a Militia Caldari Medium Frame with: x2 Complex damage mods x2 Militia SMGs That's all. Nothing else used. It is an awful fit, but an enjoyable one. I'll have to try it with two militia Scrambler Pistols, too.

I'd say that it is worth it. However, you must have your priorities straight. As a Minmatar scout, your CPU and PG are pathetic, even at proto. It is more important to level up the three skills associated with CPU&PG. Once those are levels 4-5...

I've hit an LLV with a forge gun and complex damage mods... to very little effect. I've yet to kill an LLV. Maybe I just suck. Maybe the LLV is OP. Or perhaps it is a combo of the two. I don't proclaim to know what, but something is most assured...
