I've got a lvl 5 Caldari Sentinel that has been taking advantage of the WP earned for vehicle damage. I also have a basic Caldari Commando. I'm kinda glad I don't see more of those things. They make my eyes bleed... And speaking of energizers......

I tried it (on my Amarr alt). I have not been able to make optimal use of the cloak when using an Amarr light weapon, like the Laser. I had more success running Scrambler Pistols.

Shields don't give you WPs. Only armour. Tested against a Python with my Ishukone FG. Only got WP when I did armour damage. Meaning you have to destroy a shield-based vehicles entire tank before you can even get anything. Meanwhile, with armour...
