Pythons can't have that much shields, like around 3000k max. I think anyways. But that doesn't include hardeners, or a booster. Plus they only have three high slots. Not much room for additional hp Mine only can fit an enhanced heavy shield extend...

I know that suits have undercover HP. It's just that I was going down, my ship flew like it was going down. But that booster kept me from going down. I don't think I had any base hp left. I WAS HIT BY A RAIL TANK!!! What base hp was left?
