Got 1x Balac's so far, never got Krin's. Mostly getting Minmatar and Amarr stuff. Never getting Caldary stuff, at least can't remember. Island's Random Factor, was always so since EVE days xD

If its were possible to assign some kind of "flag" to sniper riffles and maybe even forges, so these things can't do any dmg while in redline, might be easiest solution. There were many same or similar props, but looks like to much codding for CCP.
