I recently tried using the active scanner vehicle modules and noticed that scanned enemies do not stay on the screen; as soon as you're out of the area, the red marks disappear. Is this intentional?

Every now and then I'll see weird, multicolored things hovering over my head or someone else's. They're shaped like this: Gö+ , except there's a circle in the middle. So are we going to have Navi in this game or is it a glitch?
