Usually you can just try to restart the Squad. Or get reinvited. This usually fix the problem as well. Everyone that got the same problem as you has worked right after he was reinvited after 1 or 2 times. Sometimes you need to restart the Squad.

Drop Uplinks are supposed to be hidden Spawn points. If u set up a Drop uplink and the enemy is spawn camping it, you just placed the Uplink on the wrong place and/or at the wrong time. About the CRUs. I guess they will be deployable structures ...

Make the Scanner possible to do that! Right now, i dont have the feeling that the Scanner is doing anything at all. I watch the Minimap and it dosnt show me thats something happend if you know what i mean.
