This is still a relevant issue. At the moment, Dust is unplayable for me without some type of compensation for ADS sensitivity. Either that, or the separated ADS sensitivity option. Something to make KBM support somewhat useful. As far as I see it...

Sorry, but no. That's some incredibly false hope for a console game. It's limited by the console, yes, but it's most definitely not going to be revised as new systems come out. They would need compatibility with the PS3 if it's kept as a platform ...
