The Heavy Laser could be same as the Amarr Capital Ship (Or Titan whatever you want to call it) in EVE Online - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2_hHO1qJFY It charges up then fires a Laser for couple of seconds then cools down rinse and repeat.
