Make militia hulls cost more than standard hulls. Invest SP, get cheaper and better tanks. Equipment that effective for such a small cost is why we're seeing all of the tank spam QQ. Be gentle with me.

How about calling in an RDV to pick it up? It takes time to recall, can only be done in open areas, gives you a chance at denying the recall, and adds a bit of immersion to the game.
