I think the only thing that needs to be nerfed is the heavies turning speed. To many times I have snuck up behind a heavy, hit him in the back with fully charged knives, only for him to instantly flip a 180 and shred me like tissue paper with a hmg

I noticed after patch 1.8 that the prototype caldari scout suit only takes rank 3 skill, and the "neo" version takes 5. I am hoping that this wasn't intended haha. Anybody else notice this?
