Is there anybody left who uses the scout suit without a cloak or without armor tanking it? I decided i didn't like using the cloak very much and so i took it off and used the extra cpu/pg to run kinkats. So far this has been my best move strategic...

Because it is the most powerful thing in the game when used on a minmatar scout with three proto kincats, three proto myfibril stimulants, and a cloak. I call it my monk class, punching heavies in the face and killing them in two hits is satisfying.

I run Ishukone as well, but since i am not using my min scout suit anymore, i no longer have the +25% damage. So it takes me a few extra swings to take out most targets, it is especially difficult when they can run backwards while facing me and st...
