Balance idea for TAC ARs: Clip gets jammed similar mechanism too the Scram-Rifle overheating. The Clip jamming and Lower Rate of Fire is all that needs to be done. Reducing the Clip size from 30 to 18 (& 24 to 12) is a bad idea.
