What's generally the best turret between cycled and fragmented missile turrets? Generally speaking The mods I use is 2 plates, 1 active hardener 20% and light efficient repair, 2 10% shield resistance mods in the 2 high slots for my buffer :-)

I have 13 and a half mil sp, iv just skilled in assault derpships and any advice is welcome, I know how to stabilise into a hover but I'm having problems killing, I use the fragmented missile launcher. Any tips?
