I have found that the caldari logistic skill has a bonus of 5% per level to shield regulation. Does that mean that if I use an assault suit I will benefit from that bonus? It doesn't say that It is attached to a particular suit.

I am quite a noob in Dust 514, but the thing is, I fitted a medium shield based suit (320 shield, 220 armor) and I am usually blowed away in two (2) laser waves. Basically, I respawn, I aim, and I die. What am I dong wrong?
