Ever play Section 8? Great game. It resembles Dust in many ways, like deploying from a dropship and adding modules to your suit. Though consider Dust 514 as an expansive upgrade to the "genre".

Conquest is also good. Perhaps split up each planet into five or-so sectors and be able to join matches relevant to that planet. I agree, because EVE Online is more or less a conquest game. In theory, why should Dust 514 be any different?

Not to mention the amount of hours invested in comparison to the amount of ISK earned, and how quickly it gets spent buying items. We're talking money in the form manhours. Time is money. But I suppose that's part of the risk also?
