Sounds legit. The WP reward from revival should be adjusted from 60 to 10 as a result though(OldRevive 60 - OldKill 50 = NewRevive). Or if as you suggest, the kill was split 50:50, it should be 30 points for a revive.

A weapon with half fittings shouldn't be more than 100% effective than comparable systems. The Combat Rifle preforms better than the AR at the AR's optimal, and then continues to dominate for another 15-20 meters. And then you see the fitting cost...
