Easiest way to do it 1. Make the active SP cap roll over between weeks, up to * x amount *. 2. New players enter the game with their SP bucket filled up, so they can grind as soon as their boots hit the ground.

I guess the problem is that Dust mercs are authenticated against the PSN but Eve players are authenticated against the Eve servers. Also for some reason, you can't be logged into both Eve and Dust forums at once?
