Caldari and Minmatar have 2 of the most op weapons currently. Combat Rifle and Rail Rifle. 1.8 comes out Minmatar will have the HMG while Caldari gets 2 new side arms with pistols not being nerfed at all, so not sure about the Gallente and Caldari...
