half the skill is knowing when to engage and when to disengage. hit and run or stay and fight, prioritizing targets is huge in this game, if you transfix on the wrong target you die. no SP bracket will help them in this

it's a big magnet for people to create alts which will still pubstomp the noobs regauradless of SP levels. wont solve anything. the noobs will still die because they don't spend their SP right, or will still not even bother to refit their defaults...
