The same thing occurred to me. If your passive SP isn't working make a second toon, assign the passive SP to that one, then just assign it back to your main. It worked after that for me. I posted earlier about the same thing

Just logged on, talkted to some buddies in corp, but noticed that the passive skill accrual isn't functioning. Where do i apply the spanner to with repeating hitting to fix?

I played yesterday, and had some strange cutting off of the announcements in the game, or it would get them in the wrong sequence. Might it have something to do with older PS3's versus the newer models?

I didn't have a problem downloading, except it took something like 9 hours to complete. When i was looking at traffic through the router, I was downloading at about 50kb/s, whereas my line is able of 4mbps

I played around with the mouse sensitivity settings a bit, but to get any real use out of it was to up the mouse sensitivity in the PS3 system settings to high, and jam all the sensitivities in the game to max as well as take off smoothing AND pus...
