*sigh "REBALANCING" is CLEARLY listed under "Hotfix Headlines" - these are things that have ALREADY been done in Hotfixes Alpha through Delta. Care to point out where exactly, under the 1.9 preview, it says ANYTHING at all about rebalancing?
