681. Active Scanners Add DB To Targets: A New Take On Scanners - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
The idea has merit, but as someone has already said, most suits' passive scan range are much too short to make use of this. This could be useful against shotgun scouts that are normally hard to scan and have to get close to their targets to engage...

I guess I will voice my opinion on this little argument even if nobody cares. Why not? I am going to have to take Leadfoot's side. Mr. Nuts over there just comes off as kind of a **** (sorry). However, I do you like your wise man sig, Mr. Nuts.

I think more people are saying that the amarr is the best assault than mot, followed by the minmatar. Why is this? Just because of their bonuses? Disregarding racial bonuses, which assault suit is best?

The best scout could really be any of them besides the minmatar. The caldari and gallente are more versatile so I like them a bit more. I would have to say that the caldari or minmatar variants are the best commandos as they get bonuses to rail ri...

I never really got this straight, how does precision vs dampening work? Do the numbers round to the nearest whole number? Do they always round up? In the case of a tie, the dampener defeats the scanner, right? Help me out here.
