If you jump/fall off something really tall (one of the towers), throw a grenade immediately, after landing using your inertial dampener, you are not holding any weapons, your hands are still in grenade mode

stamina is used up by sprinting, jumping, knifing go for a sprint and notice one of the bars in the bottom left depletes. If you don't have enough stamina it will stop you from jumping/sprinting
