As I said in a recent thread, they should get buffed to 85 base HP (so without the passive included). They would give 93HP and be worth their huge PG/CPU price (compare them to ferroscale, it's scary). For now, I only use them if I already fitted...

For those who have it: go create a new suit, and chose the APEX heavy. If it's bugged, you'll be able to fit anything you want at that moment, but not when editing afterwards ^^
