Im in New Zealand on a rubbish 5.5 MB download, 500 Kbps upload connection. I don't notice too much of an issue to be fair. Over a 1000 kills now with a KDR around 1.77 I think, and I'm an on the ground assault guy, no vehicle skills whatsoever.
