The problem isn't with the dropships themselves- it's with the capabilities of small turrets. While I think small missiles are perfect, small rails and blasters need a buff.

If you can hit an incubus, that is. Assault dropships are the light frames of aircraft atm: more agile, yet squishier than militia and standard dropships. I'm still wanting to see how an HAV does against a dropship with 2 or 3 proto rails.

I personally think the projectile should be faster. Minmatar weapons should fit the form of either an autocannon or artillery. As MDs are obviously artillery, they need the superior range that artillery is meant to have.
