And for the record I usually run a plated scout. This is a utility fit built to hide from Gallente Logi focused scans and Caldari scouts. It's not to be taken too seriously. I called it squishy dolphin after all hahah.

So maybe a scout sniper would be best? Safe from scans and able to view the battlefield through a scope, but low ehp makes it prone to counter snipers. Very interesting.

Scout suits are good for safer overhead map viewing / orbital bombardment and with the cloak implementation it's going to be even better. What do you think? Try and keep it simple.
