Disagree, speed and quickness isn't something you can train. Improving the technology (modules) on the dropsuit to be faster sure but training won't improve speed. Training to improve endurance now that makes sense.

If the female characters are smaller then there would be an issue because they would have a smaller hitbox. So any one using a female character would have an advantage over the same male armor class.
