On 1.3 I believe it was.. They did bumbp up the kick and dispersion on Duvoles. I Have ALL Assault rifle skills maxed, The kick and dispersion were the first 2 I slapped to lvl 5. Skills play into this by a lot. Of course the guys with max skill...
