physical exertion can sometimes help (with the frustration and anger not the Nicotine cravings) if your really upset pound off some pushups or squats something hardish to do that you can do on the spot, the endorphin release has a calming effect.

I am a fan of trophies it gives me another goal to work towards on a side not if Dust had trophies when any of your friends looked at your PSN profile or compared Trophies with you they would see DUST... you can think of it as free advertising ...
