If you mostly play Skirmish/Domination, Minmatar is the way to go. Gotta love that hacking bonus. On the other hand, if you play solely Ambush, you will be losing the Minmatar bonus completely.

Aren`t Japanese competitive in every game? Competitive as in tryin to be good, perfectionism and all that? Or am I generalising? I know very little of the gaming culture there but everything what I`ve heard points to that direction.
