Scouts can damp up and still have some combat ability. Also, passive scans are really good even with the changes. Not sure what your getting at though. Maxed damped scouts (at least gal i think) WONT show up on your scans EVER unless they're spo...

Had question. If i took proto breach MD i forget the name, stacked complex damage mods, max proficiency, proto minmando, how much damage would i put out for direct hit? I know standard breach MD has about 400HP for direct hits.
