Honeslty it's preferable to be booted when having a good game as opposed to a poor one. As in the poor game you still loose all your clones and equipment while gaining no ISK.

Yes, up to level 3 as the pre-requsite dictates. But once I purchase and try to use the skillbook for shield upgrades I get disconnected from the game. It's a very odd bug.
