I wouldn't run it on anything but Gallente or Amarr scouts. Caldari should have a long range weapon with precision and range modules. Minmatar should have a combat rifle. Period.

I changed a few of my suits but not all of them. Keep in mind these are full proto. Basically I kept two heavy damage mods on one of my assault forge fits, but the other one I run for CQC with a packed AV, I threw a shield on instead of a sidearm...
