KB/M will always win in strafe fights, just spam left and right arrow. The thing still works with veeery slow heavies

Considering the nature of the already present modules of which increase vehicle shield regen, LAV should definitely have access to it. After all... the shield energizer for infantry is as CPU sinking as the non-penalty version.
