easy, lower slots and increase base HPs same as the commando's were. with a proto gal acout with only 2 lowslots and say 200 armour hp there is only a max amount of tank it can get whereas currently i've seen some gal scouts with 1000ehp

some kinda progressive bonus for 25-50-100-200ect day logins would be nice. even if it was black eagle or FDU scouts, state protectorate assaults. yeah you get the additional sp for the logins but a small additional incentive wouldn't go amiss

min logi, six kin repper, k-2 nano hives and R9 uplink. for even cheaper change to BDR-8 and use the sever logi BPO. done right you can make about 1mill isk per hour grinding ambush
