I'm generally impressed with really high scores because I know that no one in this game spawn camps. So when I see someone going 101-0, its because of their ridiculously well played round and not them spawn trapping or camping.

Buy one of each Militia item to see what can do what and where it goes on your dropsuit. There really isn't a definite "best" load out. It comes down more to what you're trying to do.
