One reason right now corps are making so much money is because PC sucks with the lag so when districts don't get attacked for days or weeks at a time corps are just raking in millions of isk. We make 12 million a day on every district we own.

PC games just suck right now some games I'm fine other games i experience some horrible lag, i think one problem for pc on a map like that is the city just having two or even three points on different ones in such a small area with all the uplinks...
