My thoughts are that there will be even more tears from shield tankers.
I don't think it's necessary.
Armour is meant to be slow regen - this could change that for the worse. The logistics class is already making armour tanks far better than they should be, hence the vast volumes of tears on the forums at the moment.

Then they can buff shield extenders too, 33,55,77. It would be useful especially for all the non-logi dropsuits.

I rather push for an inherent +2-3 armor regen for armor suits (gallente, amarr). I think armor repairer is fine for now, even if you max out on armor repair mods, you'll still be gimped since armor isnt known for having good regen. Most of armor tanker's focus should be on their high HP. |

Armor repairers are low because of repair tools and nano hives that repair armor so basically armor repairers are fine. |

My thoughs exactly. Shield pure tanked Caldari character is way more survivable at assault std than my Gallente character is at assault proto.

Agreed. Not to mention once you get up to lvl 5 there is a 25% bonus. So really it's already 2.5, 3.75, 6.25 for the modules. With the OP's suggestion we would get 3.75, 6.25, 8.75. Two complex at this potential rate would be 17.5 (22.5 with the logi bonus).
I also believe that the with the Amarr logi you get an extra 1.25 multiplier to reps. So 2 complex would give this suit 17.5*1.25=21.875 not to mention the extra 5 from the logi bonus to yield a total of 26.875 ~ 27 hp/s reps. I've already noticed people gravitating to this suit enough as it is. There doesn't need to be an armor repair buff if it's meant to be a gradual regeneration rather than a quick one like shields.
Just for fun what if the suit has 3 complex reps?
8.75*3=26.25 Amarr bonusGǪ 26.25*1.25=32.825 Logi bonusGǪ 32.825+5=37.825 hp/s
Not saying that I expect many people to be currently running 3 complex reps (2 yes) but if I knew this buff was coming I'd spec into the suit just to have this bonus. |

Yah, like logis are really going to stay the way they are. *pfft*
Do any of you use the proto Gal assault at all?
