Hey I was wondering what a good fit for scout ck.0 shotty would be.. and before you say it, I know, the Gallente and Minmatar are a lot better at shotgunning. I have level 5 Shotgun and most of my cores to 5(only a level 3 cloak though). Thanks!

It doesn't... that's why I'm actually able to evade when I'm cloaked... it's not cause they're blind, it's cause they have no auto-aim to make it easy mode.
