It's still not P2W. The LAV spawning caused more problems with the new RDV speed. People can still buy 100s of LAVs on the cheap but now they will think before spawning em. A good step imo-

SP spent, like an undo button on the skill tree until they are out of academy. This came up in another thread but I thought it deserved a thread of it's own. +1 if you agree, maybe this will help newbies get a warm fuzzy feeling for certain skill...
