Yeah I think my perspective may just be warped as a caldari If I get hit by a breach ar it should REALLY hurt I find balance so hard to judge Rattati usually goes by the numbers...so I guess we'll see Cal scouts will always be a thing, @lvl 5 ...

My dust standing took a frakkin beating from OB strikes, but it's interesting come out with some very cheap, fast OB ship fits If your lucky it will spawn the same system a few in a row. But so far 1billion isk profit in a month is my best
