I believe the whole PC encompasses their vision being better realized on a platform that they started off with in the first place. I believe that it will be easier to update and make changes to the game instead of Sony's red tape approval process....

I would say the damage is pretty high. Once I get hit by a CR, I really don't have much time to react. Reminds me of how the RR was. No other weapon can knock down a heavy faster than a CR.
