Have you tested this? does it give you a rifle that permanently scans? No it does not it gives you the scanner animation coming out of your barrel which is bloody annoying if a squad mate or an enemy gets it because of the damn flashlight effect ...

I live in England and some matches there is bad lag but not many to be honest, I would say about 1/10 of my battles I get lag, but then again most of my corp are in the UK as well and in some games I don't lag but they do so it looks like its down...

Last night sniped an uplink and got a kill, must have been a really low tanked scout who didn't become visible before I shot him in the toes even after it came up I killed him no body appeared it was weird lol.
