Takes 2-3 Lai Dais to pop a LLAV.
Used to be able kill driver with 1 Lai Dai, provided he was driving straight at you.
Not sure what changed, but I've had little success with this as of late. |

No worries, the Logistics LAVs will be gone soon. Just carry some AV Grenades after they get removed.
Also, I occasionally do this. Not on purpose. I'm usually already in my LAV and the guy is 80m in front of me, so I pull up and kill him. Of course I'm going to get back in; the whole point of the LAV is that I'm not stuck moving 3.9m a second.

This has been done since the game started, mostly by HMG heavies but by others as well now that certain weapons have become a bit too powerful. Without mount/dismount animations it's just blatantly overpowered. Who thought the action of getting in a car could be classified as such?

Incorrect. The original Murder Taxi was Heavies with an HMG suicidally charging a position. Trying to jump out of the free LAV before an AV grenade takes them out.
The term was later appropriated by LLAVs running people over after the vehicle buff.
Now with the nerfing of roadkill we're taking the words Murder Taxi back.

That happened to me both with a Duvolle and another with a heavy. Damn drivebys! Tho is why I run around in the back parts of the map away from the road. |

Wait till you see a full LLAV pull up the 3 jump out throw 3 core locus nades each and get back in and drive off without once using their guns even if all their nades miss and they outnumber you 3-1. Saw this in a game yesterday they would only jump out on lone players and even then would never use their guns just nade spam and drive off it was pretty pathetic.

LMAO, they alway jump back in drive off fleeing for their lives when they realize my Proficiency V Duvolle, with 3 complex damage mods cuts through HP like a hot knife through butter, then its just a simple headshot as they flee. Switch to Lai Dai's and blow up their LAV next time they try it and then laugh when they intentionally avoid me the rest of the match. |

If you can fit Lai Dia if not go with an advance Sleek version. It has less yield on the explosive part but you can throw it further. As the vehicles is heading toward you throw the av in its path, second throw another a few seconds after the first. Both will do there job, if it does not it will send the driver careening off to somewhere else. Usually they never make it past the second grenade.
