Not necessarily... Vehicle one was mandatory due to their complete reworking of the tree and rolling like 4 different module unlocks into one skill. With infantry it looks like straight up additions to current trees and changing of dropsuit bonuse...

Lots of contention on proposed changes, lots of unhappy people. I'm upset that my amarr alt is losing heat reduction on scr / LR in exchange for an extra ~1hps on a proto repper, because those extra 20 shots on my LR were a lot of extra dmg.
