Does this mean it takes less time to reload, or it reloads slower? The spreadsheet says the value was changed from 6 to 4, but I have no idea what that means. ...did they just nerf missiles again?

Sure it was a Sica, with about 3000 ehp and only shield boosters, and it didn't even attempt to move while shooting at installations in our redline, but still... ...first tank i've killed with my Incubus since the revamp.
